Total Structures were awarded the contract by Lightsource to supply over 3000 ft of custom pre-rig truss for the GM exhibition booth for the Detroit Auto Show. Using their considerable experience of custom structures, Total Structures designed and fabricated the multi level grid to fit round existing air conditioning ducts and columns within the building
The finished grid comprised an elliptical sub grid in one corner of the 300 feet x 300 feet booth with main trusses radiating out. Secondary ladders and trusses span between the main radial trusses.
The equipment was supplied in two phases and was transported to site in 10 trucks.
