Sometimes bigger really is better. That seems to be the case with the newest audio tower from Total Structures. After seeing the 12" V Tower in action, customers wanted to know if they could get a system which would offer more trim height and load capacity. As a result of those requests, our design team came up with a tower system based on our standard 18" Ground Support Tower product.
This new system gives the user a maximum tower height of 40 feet - an addition of ten feet over our 12 inch systems - while raising lifting capacity to 3000 pounds. The 18" V Tower system is capable of lifting most of today's line array audio systems needed for larger venues. Support legs for the tower systems consist of 15 feet of our standard 18" Tower as well, meaning that customers who already own this truss only need to buy a few system specific parts to convert their self climbing towers into the self-supporting units. |
